1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the Comunity app handles information based on the current source code, configuration, and database schema.

Comunity is a residential community management app used by residents, guards/staff, administrators, and superadministrators.

This policy does not claim that the app collects data merely because a software package is installed. It only describes:

• Data and device features the current app code actually uses.
• Permissions currently declared in app configuration.

2. Data the app handles

2.1 Account and authentication data

• Email address and password used with Supabase Auth.
• Supabase user ID, authentication tokens, refresh tokens, and session state.
• Account role: resident, staff, administrator, or superadministrator.
• Account creation and update timestamps.

Passwords are submitted to Supabase Auth. Current app code does not store plaintext passwords in its own public profile table.

2.2 Profile and residence data

• Full name.
• Father’s name and mother’s name (as profile fields).
